1. Who we are

2. The service

Klipzen turns your long-form video or audio into short clips, captions, translations, dubbing and written content (blog posts, social posts, newsletters), and can publish them to channels you connect. Outputs are generated by AI and may contain mistakes; review them before publishing.

3. Your content and rights

• Only process content you own or have the right to use. Do not process other people's content (including other creators' YouTube videos) without permission.
• You keep all rights to your content and outputs. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the service.
• Voice cloning and lip sync may only be used with the consent of the person whose voice or face is used.
• You are responsible for complying with the rules of the platforms you publish to (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and others).

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or sexually explicit content involving minors, for impersonation or misleading deepfakes, to attack or overload the service, or to resell access without our permission.

5. Plans, payment and renewal

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Usage limits (processing minutes per month and maximum video length) are shown on the pricing page.
• Outside Türkiye, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns related to payment. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.
• In Türkiye, payments are processed by iyzico and the Turkish distance sales agreement applies.
• You can cancel at any time in the app; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds: see our Refund Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party services (AI models, publishing platforms, payment providers) may change or become unavailable. We may change features; we will notify you of material changes to these terms in advance.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.
